Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 28 June 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SAC Tutoring's services, website and resources. By enrolling a student or using our services, you agree to these terms.

"SAC Tutoring", "we", "us" and "our" refer to SAC Tutoring. "You" refers to the parent, guardian or adult student engaging our services.

2. Our Services

SAC Tutoring provides K-12 tutoring programs for students from Prep to Year 12, covering English, Maths, Science, VCE subjects, and Selective Entry and Scholarship preparation.

We operate across Melbourne in Springvale, Doncaster East, Point Cook, St Albans, Narre Warren, Glen Waverley and Forest Hill, and offer online tutoring.

We offer small group and one-on-one tutoring options. The structure, scheduling and format of lessons may vary by location, subject and enrolment type.

3. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed when SAC Tutoring has received your completed enrolment details and you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. A place in a program is not guaranteed until enrolment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to decline an enrolment where we determine that the program is not suited to a student's needs, or where capacity is unavailable.

4. Free Trial

New students are welcome to attend one complimentary trial class. The trial is free of charge, with no obligation to continue and no credit card required.

Following the trial, if you choose to enrol, standard fees and conditions apply from the first paid lesson.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are charged based on the program and enrolment type selected. Current fee information is available by contacting our team.

Payment is due in accordance with the payment schedule confirmed at the time of enrolment. Failure to pay fees by the due date may result in suspension of lessons.

We reserve the right to update our fees from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of any fee changes.

6. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of first paid enrolment. If you are not satisfied with the tutoring program within this period, contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange a refund of fees paid for lessons not yet attended.

After 30 days, fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

7. Cancellations and Missed Lessons

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please notify us as early as possible.

Lessons cancelled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Lessons missed without notice, or cancelled with insufficient notice, may not be eligible for a make-up lesson.

SAC Tutoring reserves the right to set minimum notice periods for cancellations. These will be communicated at enrolment.

We are not responsible for missed lessons due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to illness, transport issues or school commitments.

8. Withdrawal from a Program

To withdraw from a program, please notify us in writing by emailing [email protected].

Withdrawal terms, including any notice period requirements, will be communicated at enrolment.

Fees already paid for future lessons will be considered in line with our refund policy at the time of withdrawal.

All learning materials, resources, worksheets, lesson notes and content produced by SAC Tutoring are the intellectual property of SAC Tutoring and are protected under Australian copyright law.

- Treat tutors and other students with respect

- Arrive on time and bring required materials

- Engage honestly with classwork and independent practice
